At AuraEveryday, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you order — but if something isn't right, we've made returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
• You have proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use wellness/electronic devices (e.g., massagers) can only be returned if unopened and factory-sealed. Once opened, we can only offer a replacement in case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
• Items without original packaging/seal
• Products purchased during clearance/final sale (marked "non-returnable" at checkout)
• Free gifts or promotional items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/video of the product and packaging
• We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including reverse shipping costs — no questions asked

3. Pack the item securely with all original contents
4. Once picked up/received, our team inspects it within 2–3 business days

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You'll receive an email/SMS confirming approval or rejection of the refund
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount is credited to your original payment method (or as store credit/bank transfer, where applicable)
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI — you'll need to share account details

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).
